The rooms and suites at Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen are all about sophistication and luxury. Just pop something in the comments and Ill take a look ASAP. The design concept has crafted natural elements, artwork, textures and light. But, this is such as special part of the world it would be a shame to miss its beauty. The unique SPA is Inspired by and designed to resemble a Cenote, a unique geological formation typical from the Yucatan Peninsula area that is a surface connection to pure subterranean water bodies. Four adult women stayed in that room and we had plenty of space and most importantly, storage! There are similar hotels available. Located along the Paseo, a large open air corridor that connects the entrance of the hotel all the way to the beach. On top of that, they are charging another $10 "svc contribution fee", which effectively puts the resort fees at $35 a night! The spectacular architecture sets the tone for this sanctuary, devoted to the well-being of the body and soul. It seems they drop these fees for Hyatt top tier members (Globalists). But legal same-sex weddings in Mexico are possible. The hotel becomes the first Grand Hyatt branded hotel in Mexico, as well as the eleventh Hyatt-branded hotel in the country. There was a BBQ lunch at the hotel which was epic. The very loud music started about 1pm each day and didn't stop until 7pm.
